Border fine arts border collie tricolour, by M Turner BO449B, 1999. Very rare tricolour collie, superbly painted by M Turner. BFA and Lilliput lane products are made from a cast meaning all them are exactly the same. But they are hand painted, this means that there all different and the paint on an item is. Like a unique fingerprint. I have closely inspected for visible signs of damage or repair and if i found. Any they will be the description.
