BORDER FINE ARTS, EARLY LAMBS LATE SNOW 1988 – With Box & Cert. Will be well packed as obviously a delicate item! It is a very rare example from 1988 and comes complete with its plinth, original box and a BFA certificate. Handmade in Scotland and sculptured by master sculptor Ray Ayres. Piece has been signed by Ayres as per the photos. Has the BFA gold sticker on the green baize of the actual sculpture. Please note there is very slight damage to the sheep on the left and I have tried to show this on the photos. It is impossible to see unless you look very closely, but there is a very slight split on the left hand leg. Other than the minor issue mentioned, I can see no other obvious signs of damage. Given it is 32 years old and very delicate, it has been very well looked after! As with all BFA pieces, there are lots of wonderful things to look at and plenty of detail to enjoy.
