Comic and Curious Cats (A4962) created by Linda Jane Smith and manufactured in China for Border Fine Arts (2000). This figurine is pre-owned and in good condition, increasingly rare after more than two decades, it is unboxed and has lost the original tag, but a substitute tag has been created. “Outside Privy” is quite simply Awesome! Weighing nearly 2½ kg and with dimensions of 16½ x 20 x 24cms, mounted on a dark wood base which itself is covered with green baize to protect your display surface. As you can see from the photographs it is teeming with life, packed with detail and seems to offer something new every time you look. With cats swinging on the door, climbing through the roof, pursuing mice, robbing nests, emerging from the pan and playing with a loofah your eye cannot keep still and is constantly drawn to a fresh delight. It is part of a UK Limited edition of 1500 and at the rear of the privy, near the artist’s initials JBM (Janet B Miller) the piece no 093 can be seen. Thank you for your interest. Very rare and stunning LJS (Linda Jane Smith) cat ornament with swinging bird cage. Bird cage and bird cage holder are removable. Signed with model number aswell. No original box, no chips scratches or marks in very good condition. Open to reasonable offers. Features a very guilty looking tuxedo car sitting on top of a pile of books on a chair and the birdcage is empty whodunnit? Perfect statement piece to get anyone talking!

(A25211) “Mouse Crossing” a typically quirky and humorous figurine from LJS features a trio of cats endeavouring to do their bit for rodent safety! There is rubbing to the ears of the cats and the mop at the back has a nibble of it but this is not noticeable looking from the front. The JBM initials is Janet B Miller which is the artist.
