Rare and Hard to Find Border Fine Arts Limited Edition Hill Top Cottage Figurine. Measures approximately 6″ wide and 3″ high. Celebrating 100 years of Peter Rabbit. Only 1993 were ever made. This one is number 493/1993. It is in good clean condition with only a couple of small chips green post/wall at the front, and a ridge tile. Also a small one on the wall under the Collie Dog They’re not overly noticeable and could be touched up. Please view all photos carefully to reassure yourself of the condition. No box or Certificate.

It is “Hilltop Cottage” and is featured in Beatrix Potter’s classic children’s story of Peter Cottontail and published by F. It is a limited edition building #183 of 1993 and measures about 6″ long by 3″ tall. The piece information is on the bottom including the style number CBP15. There are two tiny finials missing on top of the roof spires and there is no base, but it is otherwise great used condition and has the COA but no box.
