Border Fine Arts Cocker spaniel and pups by M Turner. Great condition no chips. On original plinth which has brass pins to position mount. As you will see plinth has faded over years of display. But, you can only see fade when item not on it. I have done a bit of digging and can not find any prices or the item. Only know it’s rare. A great collector item. Any questions please ask Thank you.
