An original g outteletteT (premium giclée – see below) fine art print published with light-fast inks to BS1006 Standard onto acid-free calcium carbonate buffered stock, mould-made from 100% cotton and sourced from environmentally conscious paper suppliers. Certificate: comes with the publisher’s official numbered certificate [‘ 1st’ in this case, meaning first off the press, early numbers being preferable to collectors], signed by the master printer [see gallery image]. Size: 61cm x 51cm inc. Borders / 51cm x 41cm exc. Condition: brand new, never been rolled, mounted or framed. The thick art paper gives the immediate’wow’ factor, while the advanced inks ensure that the colours on this fine art print will stay true and vivid well into the future. Derived from the French word for “droplet, ” gouttelette is described as’a step along the evolutionary scale from the giclée process’, allowing the publisher to use beautiful uncoated papers, which are excellent for image reproduction because they allow the ink to travel down the paper fibres more easily and into the sheet itself (“wicking”). I cannot find any chips, cracks etc and as you can see by the detailed photographs it is in an excellent ready to display condition. Please ignore any white from the flash. It will be well packed for posting in bubble wrap and a strong box, due to the current problems it will be posted using the safest way possible using one of the postal collection companies.
