This is a beautiful classic piece and in excellent condition by Border Fine Arts. It is number 153 of a strictly limited world-wide edition of 950 pieces. I have the original bill of sale and Certificate of Authenticity. This is not kept on display so the colours are as vibrant as they were originally. They were just placed in my conservatory to take the pics but to be honest they look better in real life. We prefer collection but if you want to arrange your own carrier thats perfectly fine. I will bubble wrap and box them. Viewing welcome, were near junction 16 of the M1. This is listed elsewhere so I may end the sale early. Hand Made in Scotland. The King Bird of Paradise B0326. Numbered 59 of 950. A Superb Statement Piece by Border Fine Arts of this Magnificent King Bird of Paradise. Fine Detailing throughout with Vibrant Colours, Enhanced with a Bronzed Effect to the Branches and Leaves, and presented on a marble base. Please see the photographs to fully appreciate this piece since they form part of the description. This Piece has the Border Fine Arts Label to the Baize Underside of the Base and the Handwritten Artist’s Signature’R. Roberts’ together with the Initials’MLD’ and number 59/950 to the oval plinth. Condition: This Impressive Piece is in Excellent Condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or restorations. There is a small area, at the point where the black tail feathers meet the body of the Bird, where a little of the black has rubbed off – showing the silvered metal underneath (see photos).
