This Border Fine Arts model is named Tete a Tete (Woman Milking). It features a cow being milked by hand, with the milk going up to a pipe attached to the wall. The cow is tethered by a metal chain. This model was only issued from January 2000 to December 2001. Part of the James Herriot collection. The total height is approximately 5 1/2 (15 cm). There is no damage or repair. This model is as new with bright, no fading colours or plinth. It includes original box and packaging, but no certificate. Due to weight it will only be sent to an address in the UK. Another piece I must list as used but in pristine condition. Displayed for 4 months and then packed away carefully. This is an absolute beautiful piece. Cold cast porcelain bisque and painted entirely by hand. The colors are vibrant yet very soft pastels. The detail is very precise and the added touches such as the animals are very delicate. The quilting in the spread is gorgeous as well. A rabbit to her right and a squirrel to her left and a bird on top of Dopey’s hat. The Dwarf’s peeking over the end of the bed as Snow White is startled and the expression on her face of surprise is very nice. The piece is numbered 460/1500. Comes with the original box and packing and the COA as well. The piece measures 10″ deep by 10 3/4″ wide. It is 8 5/8″ by Snow White and 3 3/4″ by The Dwarf’s. The base is made of wood and measures 12 1/2″ wide and 11 1/4″ deep. The COA bears the names Paul A Schmid III President of Schmid at that time and also at the time of production John H.
