This gold edition of the very popular figurine’Clean Sweep’ is in very. Good condition, there is no damage, no restoration or repairs, it is also. Very clean and fresh. Can you remember the days when all the heavy farm-work was done. By heavy horses, watching them plough the field, the heavy thump of. The horses shoes and the ringing noises from the chains and bridles. In this superb figurine the farmer is using a sweep (tumbling tam) to. Work along the rows of dry hay making up mounds until the’hay sweep. Fills up to the point where he can only just see above it, lifts the handles. Slightly, causing the front of the tyres to catch in the ground, the sweep. Flips forward and over, leaving the hay mound and righting itself, enabling.
