Lowell Davis “Brer Bear” figurine by Schmid/Border Fine Arts. This delightful vintage (1980) figurine is from the Uncle Remus Collection by the famous American artist, Lowell Davis. The figurine is made of cold cast porcelain and was made and hand painted in Scotland by Border Fine Arts and distributed by the Schmid Company. The fishing pole is made of casted metal. It is made of cold cast porcelain and was made and hand painted in Scotland by Border Fine Arts in 1978. It is stamped # 208 and it is double signed! It has the Lowell Davis stamp as well as the personal autograph of Lowell Davis himself. The figurine is in excellent condition with no damage and comes in a new gift box with a new story card.
