“Spring Show” sculpted by Ray Ayres for Border Fine Arts, in 2002, is another multicoloured masterpiece. Made of top-quality resin it is a substantial piece, measuring approximately 25cm high and a base 20cmins x 30cm, it weighs about 3½kgs. Border Fine Arts “Spring Romance” Otter Group limited edition of 2500. This is number 682 modelled by Ray Ayres and issued In 1995 MTR05. Made from high-quality resin, the figurine was handmade and painted in Scotland. It depicts a pair of Otters sitting on rocks and getting to know each other. With intricate details and life like features, this sculpture is a true masterpiece. That will make a stunning addition to any home décor. The figurine measures approximately 18 cm high x 15 cm long. The figurine is in lovely vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Or restoration just a few age related marks and still displays beautifully. Item has been on display previously, but shows little to no signs of wear as a result of this from what I can see, although please do feel free to check for yourself to make sure you are happy before purchasing! Item comes as the model scene and the base as two separate pieces, but held together with some brass studs that the scene sits on to keep it stable. To give it the best chance of arriving safe and sound I will separate these before sending and wrap each up, to avoid them banging into each other and potentially damaging them during transit. When sat on its base the figure measures at about 17cm tall, 29cm wide and 15.5cm long. Please study the pictures carefully to make sure you are satisfied before purchasing, and if you have any other questions, or need any other pictures, please feel free to ask and I’ll try my best to help out!
