Fred Dibnah was present with his steamroller and he signed the certificate to the left of the picture personally. It was delivered by courier. We unpacked it and inspected it and replaced. It has not seen the light of day for 18 years. It is as new condition and never had any dust on it. It will be posted in it’s original packaging as it came to us. Collection free in person.
