Border Fine Arts'No Way Through' Model No B0500 Limited Edition 19/1500

Border Fine Arts'No Way Through' Model No B0500 Limited Edition 19/1500

The stars of the show in this figurine are the four Swaledale- Black faced Tups. Being driven over a pack-horse type of bridge by two collie dogs. The Swaledales named after the beautiful valley in North Yorkshire. Have proven themselves to be bold and hardy, well fitted to the. Hardships of exposed and high lying situations. They are found in. The more mountainous areas but particularly in the Yorkshire Dales. County Durham and Cumbria. The males are generally noticeable by. Their very long curled horns. Approach of the sheep being pushed along by the collie dogs. Quickly realised there would be’no way through’ until the tups had crossed. There is a Certificate for this limited edition model(19 off 1500) but there. Are a couple of small condition faults. The leading tup has lost the very tip. Of one horn and there is evidence that his rear legs have been reglued to. The road, everything else appears OK. I have taken account of the damage.
