You are looking at a Border Fine Arts limited edition piece “Call of the falcon” number 56 of 200. The original painter came to the house and repainted these so this is the only one with yellow legs. I have not taken photos of the original item as it is all packed up but will if I have some genuine interest. Brand new in original box, only taken out for photos.
